Has Arrived! And as always there are the two factions: those who are against it, who don’t celebrate it and those who can’t wait to arrive, to spend a special evening with those they love. Regardless of the “faction” that you spend with your loved one, with friends and family, it is always an opportunity to show off a different hairstyle and make-up.
That’s why I decided to offer you some romantic hairstyles suitable for both long and medium hair and short hair. I also identified some make-up with eyes focused on loving eyes and with lips focused, for smiles to kiss. Are you curious to see which hairstyles and make-up I selected for Valentine’s Day? Then read the post, beauties!
IDEAS FOR HAIRSTYLES WITH LONG, MEDIUM AND SHORT HAIR
Let’s start with hair; how to style them for Valentine’s Day? The possibilities are many and vary depending on the type of evening and also on the hairstyle you have. That’s why I decided to gather some ideas for passpartout hairstyles and divide them according to the length of my hair.
For long hair the romantic braid is a timeless classic, for medium lengths, you can dare soft waves adorned perhaps with a small side braid and for short hair, you can indulge yourself with accessories and some twisting. But let’s see more in detail!
LONG HAIR: FROM THE ROMANTIC BRAID TO THE HARVEST YOU CAN DISAPPEAR
With long hair you can really indulge; you can leave them loose, opt for unkempt looks, resort to waves and curls, as well as make beautiful harvests. And I find that hairstyles with braids, for example, are really beautiful and very sweet. Indeed, the classic, lateral, soft or herringbone braid always gives that romantic touch, perfect for Valentine’s Day.
Think of a beautiful soft side braid that guarantees a simple look, but with a touch of sensuality that never hurts. The more “loose” version is sweeter than the narrow and thin one, which is always bon-ton.
If you like the idea of a “weave” but prefer to keep the mane loose, hehe, you can opt for a hidden braid. Small and simple, it is hidden in the hair and gives a boho-chic look that goes well with the atmosphere of a romantic date, like that of Valentine’s Day.
CLIPS AND SEMI-HARVESTS DONATE A ROMANTIC RETRO TOUCH
If you prefer a semi-harvest, you can use a nice clip, which gives a retro and sweet style, freeing the face from the tufts and leaving the lengths free to move and flutter.
Do you prefer up-do? For the evening of lovers, a top-knot or a high chignon is fine, perhaps softened my curls and waves, or by a beautiful fringe breaker, which this year is in fashion.
AVERAGE HAIR: “CASCADE” OR ROMANTIC WAVES? YOU CAN DO ALSO BOTH!
How beautiful the waterfall hairstyle is! It can be done with both long and medium hair. And it looks great even with the choppy bob. With that “nymph” touch it gives a romantic and elegant look, perfect for tonight. And if the lengths are “moved” with gentle waves, the effect makes you fall in love. Just to stay on the subject.
And the romantic waves, even on a medium-short cut, are certainly another perfect choice! With their soft swaying, they give movement to the look and soften it.
SHORT HAIR: BETWEEN CERCHIETTI, FERMAGLI AND TORCIGLIONI CE N’È FOR ALL!
“I have short hair, I can’t do any romantic hairstyle.” Firm beauties, with short hair and rock! There are also many solutions for you that can make your cut perfect for the party of lovers. It depends on your style!
Furthermore, the short and super short cuts, also thanks to all the new styling possibilities flaunted by celebrities in recent years, are experiencing a great return!
If you have medium-short or very short hair, like a pixie cut or the so-called à la garçonne, you can opt for a wet chic effect. A small amount of wax or gel is enough and you’re done!
And if the wet look is not for you, go for the accessories! Circles and soft 50s scarves are back in fashion, giving the look a touch of vintage elegance that never tires us. For Valentine’s Day, you could opt for a Keira Knightley look and use a headband or headband embellished with light spots.
While if you have a helmet or a pixie cut that is not very short, you can surely launch yourself into torchon or French braid, attached to your head. The look you get is bon ton and super romantic.
